Recently, over 100 major tech companies sent an open letter to the FCC, calling for net neutrality. They argued that a free internet is necessary for innovation, and with preferential treatment being made to only some websites, it leaves much room for abuse of power and squelching of free information. This is nothing we haven't heard before, but will FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler really listen and really enforce a free internet?
