Coda sub-tables are formed from a relation between two tables or databases. To put it clearly, it's having tasks that are each individually related to a single project. Sub-tables allow you and your team to easily view tasks by project and focus in on what's really important rather than being overwhelmed and seeing all tasks together at once.
Coda sub-tables are easy to set up but require relation column types on both tables and then some specific configuration settings in the detail setting of a row.
