Just had some fun with the new krita recorder docker
click on Settings, then Dockers, then Recorder- click on the Recorder checkbox.
And that will bring up the Recorder docker and you can just click record. You need to have ffmpeg installed.
Once you have stopped recording you can Export the frames which are exported as a .mp4 by default. You can play around with the settings if you like. The default settings worked fine for me.
I wanted to speed up my video so I used the ffmpeg command:
ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -filter:v "setpts=0.5*PTS" output.mp4
I also used some ffmpeg commands to make the final video. I used: overlay, scale, and drawtext commands. Feel freee to check out my other videos on these topics.
