On 22 August the Flag of the RSFSR (Russian SFSR) was replace with the the flag Russian Tricolor.
Old flag was Lowered on the White House in Moscow, and Replaced with a Small-flag of the Russian Tricolor.
The White, Blue and Red flag is celebrated as a holiday in Russia as the Russian State Flag Day on 22 August.
