The seventeen-year-old who stabbed children in Southport arrived in a taxi, refused to pay, and then walked straight into the venue where the children were on summer camp, reports The Times’s crime editor Ben Ellery. “Neighbours recalled this horrendous shouting and screaming” and “unimaginable scenes of terror.”
