E6B Flight Computer: Finding Time and Distance
Using an E6B Flight Computer to find TIME and DISTANCE. The speed index can be set on a speed allowing a pilot to find the time it will take to travel a given distance, or the distance travelled over a certain period of time.
The E6B has an outer scale, or A Scale, to find speed and distance. The B and C scales are used to find minutes and hours respectively.
