If you want to make money from this, only bring about eight bellows. If you've got a Spirit Terrorbird, take that with you as well. Then just pluck the Chompy Birds and take the raw meat to sell in the GE. You can make about 200k an hour doing this.
Each toad will stay for one minute before exploding.
Each Chompy bird will hang around for one minute, if left alive, before flying off again.
Chompy corpses will stay there for 1 minute aswell.
If you can't get bellows from the chest, it's probably because you've already got one in the bank.
Right-click on the bow and select check kills to find out how many kills you've got.
If you want your Chompy hats to keep their place in the bank, you can drop them when you get them from Rantz and ask him for more. Then pick the original ones up again.
I've only ever seen anyone else there once before, so I doubt you'll have any problems running into them. If someone's there already, be nice and world hop.
After you've gotten 4k kills, you'll recieve an additional reward of 30k Ranged xp.
To get from 0 to 4,000 kills, it'll take you around 30 hours. O_O
Of course that's when you're not collecting the raw meat from them.
Chompy birds are worth around 1.8k in the GE at the moment, that's a total profit of 7.2mil for 4,000 birdies.
8 bellows + 1 spirit terrorbird + some run scrolls + the feathers you'll gather + the arrows your accumulator will get = 29 chompy birds per inventory.
That should take around 15-20 minutes to do.
