Open your web browser and go to outlook web page. Click on Sign In at the top right corner. Log into your account.
Click on your account icon at the top right corner and select My Microsoft Account from the list. Log in again if needed. Scroll down and click on More help with your Microsoft account. Click on Microsoft Account Help.
Select Account activity and closed accounts from the left side list. Select Close an account from the left side list. Scroll down and click on Close your account.
Click on Verify your identity. Enter the code you will receive in your email. Click on Verify. Click on Next. Read and check all the options. Select the reason why you’re leaving. Click on Mark account for closure. You will get a date when your account will be closed. Click on Done.
