In this video, we discuss conditional statements. So far, all of our scripts have been a straightforward flow of code. However, sometimes you are required to evaluate a condition and determine what to do based on the result of the condition. This requires something called an "if statement".
If statements come in 3 forms: if, if-else, and if-elif-else. We can chain these together to form really powerful programs! These are known as conditionals. Using these statements, we can have our script execute different branches of the code. Learn more about conditionals/if statements in this video
