In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Zelda seems to be missing. After separating from Link when she falls below with Ganon's corpse, what happens to her? She tells Link that she isn't sure Link can stop Ganon this time. Yet in Breath of the Wild, after losing her father, Hyrule's King, the 4 Champions and her entire Kingdom. She still has hope that Link, after 100 years later, would come and stop Calamity Ganon. So why the sudden shift in her faith? If she had lost everything then, what could have happened to her now that she is no longer certain Link can do it? Well this video goes over the theory of Zelda's death. And how Ganondorf may have killed her when gaining access to his body. Awakening her as the Goddess Hylia once more. Along with how this may be the end of Ganon for good and Hyrule's prophecy.
