In this video, I go over the Hex Bar Bent Over Row, also known as a trap bar bent over row.

The Hex Bar Bent Over Row is mostly a back exercise but Im going to go over the exact primary and secondary exercises you'll feel while doing the hex bar bent over row. The primary muscle groups activated are the lats, rhomboids, and traps. The secondary muscles are the delts, biceps, forearms, and triceps.

You may notice that I am using an open trap bar. This bar is different from regular trap bars. The bottom end is open, which allows you to do a variety of other exercises that you might not be able to do with a standard trap bar. I prefer this kind of bar over the traditional closed version.
