1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
3/4 teaspoon Chinese rice wine
1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
pinch of white pepper
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons textured vegetable protein (TVP)
1/2 cup Chinese cabbage, chopped finely
1-2 stalks scallions
2 dried shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
