This problem occurred when I was removing malware by some kind of Anti-Malware.
In this video, there are two methods to solve this problem.
Method - I = Group Policy Editor
Method - II = Regedit

Regedit Path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
