3 Simple Hoop Earring Designs #1: A Silversmithing Tutorial
This tutorial shows how to make 3 different interesting hoop type earrings. There are tons of variations possibilities with these, so have fun experimenting! I would categorize these as beginning level. The stones on the second pair are 5 mm faceted Citrines. The materials for these can vary, but for these ones, I used 18 gauge sterling round wire, 20 gauge sterling round wire, 14 gauge sterling square wire, 1.6mm OD sterling tube, 22 gauge sterling sheet, and some 3/16 inch fine silver bezel strop in 26 gauge. As always, I use hard silver sheet solder and My-T-Flux from Rio Grande.
