Metallic Raised Stencil on a Budget ~ Chalk Paint
This week we will do another Metallic Raised Stencil, but on a BUDGET! We will use a much smaller can of Glass Bead Gel along with Waverly Chalk Paint. I will also teach you some of my tips and tricks for applying wax to black chalk paint which can be very frustrating.
