Bonded title process
NEED BILL OF SALE, or statement from police showing abandoned property ownership of 90 days.
1. 68a inspection for out of state, or vehicles 10 years off the record $40
(find your LOCAL 68-a location online or ask the regional DMV for locations)
2. Bonded title application

3. Notice of determination from regional DMV $15
4. Get insurance on vehicle
5. Get title bond $50-300
6. Application for title AKA TT&L local office $50.75 plus taxes

Bond amount will be for 1.5 times the presumptive value. Actual bond fee should not be more than 5% the bond amount. My fee was only 2.22%

$40 blank money order to the police station / task force
$89 tax = Value*0.0625
$50.75 Registration
$15 to regional DMV for VTR-130-SOF
$50 Surety bond from Allstate
