rootCreate a container wih Privileged access
log onto container
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

install plex
cd /
back to root directory
wget https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-...

install the plex files
dpkg -i plexmediaserver*.deb

force plex to start on container boot
systemctl enable plexmediaserver.service
systemctl start plexmediaserver.service

force plex to update automatically
nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/plexmediaserver.list
deb https://downloads.plex.tv/repo/deb/ public main
remove # sign from this line and save

Log into Plex
