Update 1/19/2017:
Earlier this week I resolved all driver issues I had with the nVidia Drivers not wanting to recognize the graphics card. The Solution was to update the Chipset Driver, and then update the nVidia Driver.
There was also a brief issue with the sound driver during this time, but this was also resolved with a update of the Realtek Drivers.
I am happy to report that the Laptop is working as advertised, and no other issues persist.

The screen flickering issue I encountered was solved, thanks to Razer Tech support, who got back to me in less than 24 hours.
To solve the problem should you encounter it, simply roll back your graphics driver, and then re-update them.
I was unable to get new drivers from nVidia or from Razer's Download Page, however windows was able to update the driver for me. Both the Razer Driver, and nVidia's driver were not able to detect the graphics card in the laptop. Hopefully that will be resolved in the future. I suspect the problem there lies in the nature of it being a totally Custom PCB, since it is a part of the mother board, but we will see. I did add that as a note to Razer Support, and will see what they say.
