These three simple systems help me manage the paper flow in my classroom to stay more organized with all those copies we always have!

Paper Organization Systems:
📝 Weekly Folders: Any extra copies after papers are passed out go here. This includes the extra copies for students who are absent. Students know to look at the folder for the day of the week they missed to get any classwork they missed.
📝 Storage Drawers: This is where I keep all the copies I need for the week organized by each subject. Any copies I need to make goes in the top drawer called "This Week!" I also have a drawer for papers I need to file, grade, or return to students.
📝 These file crates are my favorite way to stay organized with curriculum materials and lessons! I organize each by subject and then use the green file folders and manila folders to organize each unit.
