HOW TO CREATE AND SHARE FOLDER IN GOOGLE DRIVE
1) Go to drive.google.com
2) Select Folder from the list at the top left of the New drop-down menu. Select the Folder upload option from this menu if you wish to upload an existing folder from your computer.
3) Click Create after giving your folder a name in the pop-up window.The freshly formed folder will then show up in My Drive.
4) Click "Share" 5) Choose "Anyone with the link" under "General Access"
5) With the link, select Anyone in General Access.
6) To select the user's method of folder usage
• Organizable, addable, and editable: Users are able to move, modify, remove, and open any files contained in the folder. To the folder, files can also be added by others.
• Can view only: Users are able to open all files inside the folder and view the folder itself.
7) To grant access to the folder, share the link with anyone.
TO ALLOW A PARTICULAR PERSON OR GROUP TO HAVE FOLDER ACCESS: • Generally, choose Restricted
Enter the email address of the individual or organization you wish to share with under "People."
