Thermal Hog Hunting with the Pulsar Apex XD50
Thermal hog hunting footage taken through the Pulsar Apex XD50 and recorded with the Ultimate Night Vision MDVR.
I spotted this boar coming out of the tree line to the north and heading south along the creek bed at a steady pace. He had passed through on the same route going the opposite direction earlier in the night, but I didn't move fast enough to catch him before he hit the neighbor's property line.
When I saw him the second time I sprinted down the hill about 300 yards at an angle where I thought I could intercept him before he got to the tree line on the south end of the property.
I made it down there with only a couple seconds to spare and set up to shoot from about 50 yards away.
