Staff at Belmont High School in Dayton, Ohio needed to get textbooks for their special education students. After Belmont Principal David White tried every route possible, the Dayton Education Association stepped in and filed a grievance. As a result, every special education student in the Dayton Public Schools district got the books they needed.
