29 января 2007 года в городе Великие Луки Псковской области не вернулись домой двое учеников четвёртого класса: Павел Матросов и Валентина Корик. Похититель представился режиссёром и предложил детям сняться в фильме. Судьба детей до сих пор неизвестна.
