In this video, I share the pizza dough making recipe / process and how we customized our own pizza by choosing whatever toppings we liked!

Pizza dough recipe was adapted from Sugar Spun Run - “The Best Pizza Dough Recipe”. Note: recipe was slightly changed to meet my preferences and required portion size for a party of 6.
Pizza Dough Recipe:
Ingredients used (to make 6 mini individual pizzas):
7 cups of all purpose flour
6.5 teaspoons of instant yeast
3 teaspoons sugar
1.5 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoon oil
2.5 cups warm water
Instructions (Making the pizza dough and pizza):
1. Combine flour, instant yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
2. Add oil and some of the warm water and mix well. Gradually add all the water as you mix.
3. As the dough forms and becomes sticky, you may want to use your hands to mix until dough is formed to a round shape and there is no more loose flour in the bowl.
4. Drizzle the oil in another bowl and transfer the dough into the bowl with the oil.
5. Seal the bowl with the dough with plastic wrap tightly for 3-4 hours to allow time for the dough to rise.
6. After the dough is ready, preheat the oven to 425F. While the oven is preheating, you can cut the dough into 6 individual pizzas and begin to make your pizza with your desired toppings.
7. Cook the pizza in the oven for 15-20 minutes; or until the toppings are golden brown. Note: Depending on the size of the pizza, cook time may vary.
8. Once pizza is ready, let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
