Right click on CMD and Run as Administrator
IF DELETING A FILE INSTEAD OF A FOLDER USE "ERASE" INSTEAD OF "RMDIR"
ANOTHER METHOD TO TRY:
kradfreezer23: hey thanks man! but instead of rmdir /q /s (FILE) I did - del (FILE) (thanks to Benjamin Lafreniere)
IF YOU CANT FIND THE FOLDER SHORTNAME
