The following video will show you how to perform a hard reset on the K61. The hard reset uses the hardware button on the phone's body. this is step by step to take the LG K61 to the Factory Setting.
1. Power off LG K61. if your phone locked trying to power off by press & hold the power button + Volume down.
2. Once the LG K61 completely power off, then try to power on the phone again by press & hold the following button. (Power keys + Volume Down keys)
3. Release the power keys only for a second when the LG K61 logo comes up on the screen, then, press again.
4. Release all buttons when the LG K61 enter Factory Data reset screen.
5. Use the volume keys to control menu (select Yes/No)
6. Use the Power keys to confirm
7. The LG K61 will reboot and reset the phone in the factory settings.
8. Finish.
