In javascript, when you use fetch, depending on API, you can receive data in many formats. Text and json are common formats. In this video we are looking into how can we handle fetched data that is in text format and in json format. And if data is in text format, how can you change it to extract required values from it.
When you use Fetch and API calls, you need to know what type of response you will get. Then you have to use relevant method such as response.json or response.text. If data is not properly formatted you can use RegEx or other techniques to format it so that you can use it according to your need or you can extract required data from it easily.
