The Kunai is one of the simplest tools used by the ninja or practitioner of ninjutsu.
It's a steel tool with a sharp point for digging and prying; it has no cutting edge. Due to its shape and size, it makes for a good throwing tool for shuriken jutsu. With the right, it can be tied to ropes to create a flexible tool. It's equally at home in the garden, which can be used to pry up roots and plant seeds.
I will briefly discuss the different styles and variations of kunai, as well as the forging process and cleaning.
