This thing came in with a damaged hard disk (mechanical) and some random memory faults causing. It's from a workshop environment where they do a lot of grinding, welding and fabrication so it's chocked full of metallic dust, anyway we've stopped it from going to land fill for at least another 12 months :-D
Will they get charged for this? Nope, just the new hard disk and an hours labour to install it, why? Because that is the right thing to do.
