Overmind devtools separated from Electron
We are separating the Overmind devtools client from Electron, allowing us to run it inside VS Code. This might be the last piece of the "UI as an implementation detail" puzzle. It will allow you to work on your state, effects and actions inside VSCode. You only need to move to the browser to actually work on UI stuff
