Dr Victoria Buntine grew up in Sydney and attended Newcastle University before joining the RAAF as a doctor. She then worked for fifteen years in Hong Kong and Singapore as well as 10 years in Western Australia before finally returning to Sydney in 2017. Dr. Buntine has actively practiced low carb for several years and over the last few years has found it a useful tool in almost every consultation.
Dr. Brad Winterstein, MD is a general surgery specialist in Omaha, Nebraska. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, where he played football for four years. He graduated from University of Nebraska / College of Medicine in 1997 and completed his medical training and surgical residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He currently practices at Methodist Physicians Clinic Surgery West and is affiliated with Nebraska Methodist Hospital.
