Open the photo you need in Photoshop.
Click on Filter at the top panel and choose Camera Raw Filter from the list.
Move the Contrast pointer to the right until you reach the desired look. Adjust Shadows effect. Move the pointer to the right. Adjust Clarity settings. Move the pointer to the right. Move Vibrance pointer to the left to desaturate the photo a little. Click Ok once you’re done.
