You Can't Legally Fly DJI Mini 4 Pro at Night in the City (affects Mini 3 Pro too) in EU
If the drone exceeds the 250-gram weight limit, it will no longer retain its C0 label. It will then fall into category A3 according to the EU drone rules, where you must keep a 150m horizontal distance to urban areas. An important rule to adhere to is that the drone must have a green blinking light indicator by EASA rule 945/947 when flying at night. This applies to all other drones as well, so DJI Mini 3 Pro, and DJI Mini 2 will be affected too :-(
