Comparison: GameObjects (left) and Entities(right)
Both spawn little bean dudes that walk around the world randomly.
I set them both up with simple scripts to spawn 100/frame if the framerate was above 60fps
GOs: 12,200 after letting it run for 5 minutes.
Entities: 235,100 after 2 minutes.
