The mod basically does what it says, texture quality is the same, but with lower RAM usage (not VRAM in this case as some assets are offloaded to RAM, VRAM usage is always Max). Sadly, that decrease in RAM usage isn't translated to more performance! If you need to free up some RAM, this is a great mod.
