Recipe
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken Pieces : 250 grms
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 tbsp
White Pepper Powder /Safed Mirch - 1 tsp
Salt /Namak - 3/4th tsp
Garlic Powder / Kuchli hui Lehsan ya Powder - 3/4th tsp
For the Coating:
Eggs / Ande - 2
All Purpose Flour / Maida - 1/4th cup
Bread Crumbs
Salt / Namak - 1/4th tsp + 1/4th tsp
Procedure:
1. Wash and strain the chicken thoroughly. Leave these chicken pieces in the strainer for 30 min to remove the excess water.
2. Add 1 tsp white pepper powder, 3/4th tsp salt and 3/4th tsp garlic powder (if you don't have garlic powder, you can add crushed garlic) to the chicken pieces.
3. Mix well.
4. Grind this marinated chicken into a paste without using water.
5. Transfer to a bowl and add 2 tbsp all purpose flour or maida. Mix well.
6. Dampen your hands with water. Take a small portion of the chicken paste and mold into the desired shapes.
7. You can make around 23 nuggets out of this mixture.
8. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add 1/4th tsp salt and 1 tbsp water to the eggs and beat again.
9. Add 1/4th tsp salt and 1/4th tsp white pepper powder to around 1/4th cup all purpose flour or maida. Mix well.
10. Dip each nugget in the eggs.
11. Coat well with all purpose flour.
12. Dip again in the eggs and coat well with bread crumbs.
13. Place all the coated nuggets on a butter paper to preserve the coating.
14. Refrigerate these nuggets for at least an hour before frying.
15. Whenever required, add oil for frying.
16. Deep fry the nuggets in hot oil on both sides till they turn brown.
17. The delicious chicken nuggets are ready. Serve hot with mayonnaise.
