In my experience when flashing this stb b860h there is a work without factory reset and some have to factory reset first before flashing, for how to factory reset it ... on the STB to TV, when the STB is on and booting to ind *** press the "app" button on the remote stb, click settings, about and click factory reset, enter the default reset code 6321, after stb restart, wait for the boot process to finish and off, stb is ready to be executed ...

Open the USB burning tool
Hold the power button then plug the USB2USB Male cable into USB Port2 on the STB
* Without STB B860H Adapter from PT. Stage
* With the STB B860H Adapter from PT. Industri
Extract the Pulpstone_Android_ZTE_B860H_v2.0.rar file and open Pulpstone_Amlogic_Update_USB_Tool_v2.1
Scan devices
Erase the data before the STB flash
