Budget Motion Capture for Quality Results
Here's a look at my workflow for recording body, hands and face motion capture, applying it to a rig, editing further and bringing the performance into Unreal Engine for rendering. There are so many incredible things going on within Virtual Production at this time. Here is my work in progress to that end.

You can always try the free trial, or Basic edition first, but for 3 Sensors, you need the pro edition:
iPiSoft can work with newer Kinect 2.0 for XBox One or Azure Sensors as well as Sony PSEye Cameras erc. I used 3 of the original Kinect Sensors due to affordability (buy used for USD $20-$30 each. I would not pay more than that.

I suggest some tall light stands to mount the Kinects on.
You will need a mount to attach the Kinect to your light stands. These muse not be made any more so the price is ridiculously high, but you just need to find one that has a tripod sized screw in hole on the bottom. There may be free 3D print models available that you can download and print.
