INGREDIENTS
*4 cups Rice (Tin Cup)
*1 /2 kilo chicken parts/breast
*100g Tomato Paste (1 satchet & half)
*1 cup blended tomato/Pepper mix
1 &1/2 cup Chicken or Beef Stock
2 big size Onions (chopped)
150 ML vegetable Oil (2 Cooking spoon)
1 tspn Curry powder
1 tspn Thyme
1 Tspn Ginger powder
1 Tspn garlic power
1 tbspn fresh ginger & garlic paste
3-4 seasoning Cubes
1.5 Tbspn Salt or to taste
2 scotch Bonnet pepper( optional)
Vegetable oil for Frying
1 stick butter ( optional)
✳️Tomatoes & Pepper Mix
*3-6 Medium Size Tomatoes
*3-5Cayenne Pepper (Shombo)
*3-5 Scotch Bonnet Pepper (Atarodo)
2-3 Red Bell pepper (Tatashey)
*1 Medium size Onions
✳️For Garnishing
1-2 Fresh Tomatoes (sliced)
*4 Tablespoon Cooking margarine
✳️veggies
3-4 stick Carrot ( diced)
1 medium size Green pepper ( diced)
1 medium size red pepper (diced)
1 medium size yellow pepper (diced
1 cup green beans
2-3 seasoning Cubes
*1 Tspn Curry powder
*1 Tspn Thyme
*1 tbspn ginger/garlic paste
*1 small Fresh pepper
*1/2 tspn nutmeg powder (optional)
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.
