How to Record Your Desktop Screen in HD without Recording Software in window use your VLC player for this purpose.
go to google and download "vlc player" (in my case already installed)
open vlc player
after that capture desktop video(using default setting )
and save location where ever you want
now vlc is recording video you can see the running time in vlc
after that stop recording video
now open video where you saved it(like in my case it is on desktop)
Extra
you can capture with advance settings to make own profile for change HD quality or other settings
