To enable Safe Mode in Windows 10, follow these steps:

Open the Start Menu: Click the Start button in the bottom-left corner of your screen or press the Windows key on your keyboard.

Open Settings: Click on the gear icon to open the Settings menu.

Update & Security: In the Settings menu, click on "Update & Security."

Recovery: In the Update & Security section, select "Recovery" from the left-hand side.

Restart Now: Under the "Advanced startup" section, click the "Restart now" button. Your PC will restart and display a blue screen with a few options.

Troubleshoot: On the blue screen, select "Troubleshoot."

Advanced Options: Next, select "Advanced options."

Startup Settings: In the Advanced options menu, select "Startup Settings."

Restart: Click the "Restart" button. Your PC will restart again and display a list of options.

Enable Safe Mode: After your PC restarts, you’ll see a list of options. Press F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode, F5 to start Safe Mode with Networking, or F6 to start Safe Mode with Command Prompt.

Your computer will now boot into Safe Mode.
