Adventure Enthusiast replaced his “time for money trap” and finally started living his life
He started a business online as a solution to being tied down by his work, and having to travel all over the country to do jobs for his clients.
The feeling of having your work control your life is something that I know a lot of us can relate to.
But what if instead, there was a way to free yourself from being at the beck and call of your clients, or your boss, or whatever you are currently chained to in order to keep earning an income.
Well, David and I figured a way out of the “time for money trap”, and as a result we’ve both gone on our own world travelling adventures. I spent a lot of time in Asia, Australia and Europe. He spent a lot of time Kitesurfing in South Africa.
And we both actually went on a Safari in Kruger following a mutual friend’s wedding, and we went on a skiing trip in Chamonix together.
In fact during the skiing trip David convinced me it was a good idea to ski a black run with him, in a snowstorm, with zero visibility, all alone, on a mountain that nobody else was insane enough to take on.
And although I definitely wouldn’t recommend doing that, it’s just one example of what you could be doing instead of being chained to a scenario that relies on you giving up your time in exchange for money.
In this day and age, you don’t need to choose time or money. You can have both.
