Delicious vegan ramen at Ippudo in Tokyo, at the Shinjuku Lumine Est store.
Ippudo is a ramen chain restaurant, with branches all around Japan. Only a few branches have plant-based (vegetarian / vegan) ramen options. I went to the Lumine Est branch to try it. It's a department store directly above the East Exit of Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. It's on floor 8, which is a floor of restaurants (a kind of food court). The menu's small, but the food is delicious! There are also vegan gyoza (rare in Japan). It's delicious, and probably my second favourite vegetarian ramen in Japan.
