This is a purely visual, no commentary, graphical comparison between Harvestella running on Switch docked & handheld mode. This is overall an experimental video as I'd like to subtly incorporate direct capture quality of games running on Switch in handheld mode into the main port reviews. Thank you to Square for providing me a review code.
PC VERSION NOTES:
From what I've gathered watching multiple streams and reading the Steam discussion forums: Performance isn't a big issue it seems, but the only graphic settings are resolution, framerate, and vsync. I've been reading that SteamDeck runs a solid 60 though it'll stutter when loading shaders for things for the first time. Concerning load times: the PC version loads really fast & the Switch release is about 2 seconds longer than PC load times. The demo load times are not present. There is no native ultrawide support, but being an unreal game you can use Universal Unreal Engine Unlocker as a workaround. As always, PCGamingWiki is a great hookup on PC version info.
