Pelaku pembunuhan sadis Abdullah Fitri Setiawan atau Dufi, M Nurhadi terancam hukuman mati atau kurungan seumur hidup. Pasalnya, Nurhadi terancam dijerat pasal berlapis yang salah satunya pasal 340 terkait dugaan pembunuhan berencana.
"Pasal 340 sub 338 dan atau Pasal 365 ayat (3) sub pasal 363 dan atau pasal 480," ujar Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Argo Yuwono saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Rabu 21 November 2018.
