Are you in a growth phase or an optimization phase of your business?
We all go through seasons in business.
When you're in a growth phase, a lot of things will actually break.
And sometimes you will have to as a leader slow the plane down and go into a little bit of an optimization phase.
Meaning the people who got you to where you're at aren't going to be the people who are going to get you to where you're going.
Or… now having worked with a lot of clients, you realize that there are a lot of improvements that need to be made to how you deliver your service.
When that happens going into a season of optimization can be helpful.
It might be optimizing your products and services, killing certain offers, or introducing new ways to support your clients to hit their goals.
and you kind of move through this growth cycle to then all right things are breaking.
When we go into an optimization phase we want to ensure that the optimization phase is as short as possible.
Inside the optimization phase, you have to quickly recalibrate your vision for what the next level is so that you can then go back into growth mode.
