STEPS
Composition 1920x1080 Black Background
1 - Place the image/vector (png or PSD)
2 - Create a composition for the image map
3 - Apply CC Ball Action effect to the image
4 - Set the size of the ball to 10
5 - Also apply a fill effect and select the color you want.
6 - Put the comp map in our main composition
7 - Apply CC Sphere
8 - Set the radius to 400
9 - Change the shader ambient to 200
10 - Adjust the rotation and make the animation you want
11 - Change the render to Exterior
12 - Duplicate the map composition
13 - Change the render to the interior
14 - Change the opacity to 15 (should be below the "outside" layer map)
15 - Apply glow effect to the outside map
16 - Double the glow effect
