Toronto could see the wettest summer on record
A special weather statement is in effect for Toronto. Environment Canada says between 25 to 50 millimetres could come down. The agency is warning of heavy downpours that could cause flash flooding and water pooling on roads. It says localized flooding in low lying areas is also possible.
