Automated Bin Assembly Fixture
This is an automated assembly fixture that a large plastic molding company asked us to make. The design incorporates sensors to detect that all parts are present before it assembles and or the operator know which ones they forgot to install. If there is a jam of any component the bin is still easily lifted from the nest for regrind.
