Follow the steps below to enable voice navigation on Google Maps:
1. Open the Google Maps app on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. Select your profile picture in the top right of Google Maps.
3. In the menu select Settings
4. In the Settings, Select Navigation.
5. Under mute state ensure Unmuted is selected.
6. Change the guidance volume to Louder.
7. You can now close the Google Maps settings and enjoy voice navigation.
